FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Scheduling

I offer in-person sessions in Mar Vista (between Venice & Culver City) and telehealth for people residing in California. I see clients Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday between 10am-7pm by appointment. I invite you to reach out for time availability at hello@meaganbtherapy.com

SESSION FEe & Cancellation

I offer a free 20 minute consultation via Zoom or by phone. Consultations are for us to speak briefly, you can ask questions, and we can decide if we are a good fit. After that, the session fee is $200 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of session.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at full rate.

INSURANCE

I do not accept insurance. I am an out of network provider. Billing statements can be provided for submission to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to fully understand what your coverage is for out-of-network providers and to understand the process.

Good Faith Estimates

Good Faith Estimates are provided with practice paperwork which is provided  once a consultation is completed and an initial appointment is scheduled & confirmed. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Parking

There is no designated guest parking for the office building. There are numerous metered spaces along Washington Blvd. Please read all parking signs carefully.
